KALAN at its premiere: first demonstration in running water at the Firefighting Festival in Litoměřice

Litoměřice — June 2025 — The KALAN amphibious tracked vehicle from New Space Technologies made its debut in real river conditions at the Firefighting Festival in Litoměřice.. The event, which is one of the most important of its kind in the Czech Republic, took place at the exhibition grounds Zahrada Čech and Lodní náměstí on 6 and 7 June 2025 and attracted over 27,000 visitors and 200 fire departments.

In cooperation with Rescue Unit of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic, demonstrated for the first time in history KALAN in the flowing Elbe — a unique test that confirmed the ability of controlled movement in running water. The stability, passability and robust construction of the vehicle impressed the professional components as well as the general public.

Developed in the Czech Republic, the KALAN amphibious platform is the ultimate solution for transporting people, heavy equipment and equipment in the most demanding conditions — whether it is mud, snow, sand or sailing on water.
